(Rule)Description: A Detachment that contains one or more models with this special rule may issue commands when it is activated. Any different friendly Detachment that has yet to be activated this round, and is within 6" of an activated model with this special rule, may discard their Order token and replace it with a different Order they are eligible to be issued. A Detachment issued with a Fall Back Order cannot discard its Order via this rule, however a Broken Detachment can, and thus can be issued an Order other than Advance or Charge.
