This Weapon increases its Attack value by X while its Ship is on Weapons Free.

If a Ship’s Orders allow it to fire Close Action Weapons, it may attack with one Low Power Weapon in addition to any other Weapons allowed by its Order.

This Weapon counts as 1 Weapon for Orders purposes. When you assign this Weapon to a target, you assign it to targets up to X times (either the same or different). Once assigned, treat each allocation as a separate weapon for the subsequent steps in the attack sequence.
Broadside Weapons using Volley must alternate arcs when determining and assigning targets (so cannot target the same Group on the same side twice in a row).
