Summon Dais Arcanum

If there is not a friendly Dais Arcanum on the battlefield, pick a friendly Stormcast Eternals Wizard to cast this spell, pick a friendly Stormcast Eternals Infantry Hero that does not have Fly and is wholly within 12" of them to be the target, then make a casting roll of 2D6.

Set up a Dais Arcanum within ½" of the target, visible to the caster and not in combat. Then, remove the target from the battlefield and place it on the platform of that Dais Arcanum.
