A Titan with this mutation counts as having suffered one less point of Critical Damage on each location for the purposes of determining Critical Damage Effects (but not for the purpose of determining when it suffers Catastrophic Damage). In addition, it repairs Critical Damage on a 4+ instead of a 5+.
