Banners within the Seneschal’s Lance may attack in the Combat phase if issued with the Full Stride order. They can only attack with weapons without the Melee trait, can only attack before they move, and apply a -2 modifier to the Hit roll in addition to any other modifiers. However, Banners in the Seneschal’s Lance cannot be issued First Fire orders.
