Subtract 1 from the result of all Repair rolls made for any units within 7" of one or more Titans with this mutation. Units with the Unholy Vigour Base Mutation and Legio Mordaxis Titans are unaffected by this mutation.
If a Legio Mordaxis Titan takes this mutation, the above effects do not apply. Instead, the range of its Techno-Toxin effects increases to 6" instead of 4". A Legio Mordaxis Titan does not need the Unholy Vigour Base Mutation to take Pestilence Cloud, though it does need a Base Mutation to do so.
