During the Strategy phase, if any unit within 12" of one or more Titans with this mutation is issued with an Order other than a Charge order it must make a Command check – this is done before the effects of the Order are resolved.
If the check is failed, and the unit is a Titan, increase the Titan’s reactor level by 1, or by 2 if the check was failed by 3 or more. If the check is failed and the unit is a Knight Banner, it immediately becomes Shaken. Units with the Overwhelming Rage Base Mutation are not affected by this mutation.
