This Stratagem can be purchased by any Legio Astraman player. The Legio Astraman player may reveal this Stratagem when activating a Titan during the Strategy phase. Unitl the beginning of the following round, attacks made against that Titan gain no bonus to Armour rolls as a result of damage already inflicted as indicated by the Command Terminal (see the Adeptus Titanicus rulebook). This counts as the Titan's activation for that phase.
