Play this Stratagem in the first Stratagy phase of the game. The battlefield is heavily irradiated, making shields less effective. Titans must roll an extra dice when making Void Shield saves, while Knight Banners count the Strength of attacks as one higher for the purposes of working out their Ion Shield saves.
