This Stratagem can be purchased by any Legio Kulisaetai player. Play this Stratagem in the Strategy phase of the first round. Choose a Scale. All friendly Legio Kulisaetai Titans with the same Scale as the chosen Scale may immediately make a move although no Titan may declare Power to Stabilisers! or Power to Locomotors!. After the effects of the Stratagem have been resolved, the opposing player becomes the First Player. Titans that move in this way may not be activated in the Strategy phase of the first round.
