Rule
Undead:

Units containing Undead can perform March Moves only if they benefit from a friendly model’s Commanding Presence. For this purpose, any Reform Move exceeding a unit’s Mobility count as a March Move.
Moreover, models with Undead have an additional characteristic called Resurrect (Rsr) on their statline, which can interact with some other game effects.

Unstable:

Whenever a unit entirely with Unstable would take a Break Test, it suffers instead a number of Health Point losses equal to the amount by which the Combat was lost (with no saves of any kind allowed). These Health Point losses are first allocated towards Rank-and-File models, and once enough Health Points losses are suffered to remove all Rank-and-File models, any remaining Health Point losses are allocated by the owner towards Attachable Models, as evenly as possible. Those Health Point losses can be reduced in the following ways:
  • If the unit contains Stubborn, the Health Point losses are halved, rounding fractions up.
  • If the unit is affected by Beacon of Courage, the Health Point losses are reduced by 1.
  • If the unit is Steady while affected by Beacon of Courage, the Health Point losses are reduced by an additional 1.
  • If the unit is Solid while affected by Beacon of Courage, the Health Point losses are reduced by an additional 1. I.e. a unit that is affected by Beacon of Courage while also being Steadfast reduces its Health Point losses by a total of 3.
Attachable Models with Unstable can only join units containing Unstable, and units containing Unstable can only be joined by Attachable Models with Unstable.

Ashes to Ashes:

At the end of each of your Player Turns, if there are no friendly models with Gates of the Netherworld on the Battlefield, each unit containing Ashes to Ashes loses X HP, where X is equal to half the Resurrected, value fractions are rounded up, (roll any dice when needed).
These hits can only be allocated onto models with Ashes to Ashes.

Ghost Step:

A unit entirely with Ghost Step ignores Terrain Features and Open Terrain when moving.
The unit must follow the Unit Spacing rule at the end of its move.
A Health Pool with Ghost Step never fulfils the criteria for which models must take Dangerous Terrain Tests due to Terrain Features (but still needs to take Dangerous Terrain Tests from other sources than Terrain Features, such as when making a Flee Move through an enemy unit).
If the unit ends a move inside Impassable Terrain, backtrack the move to the unit’s last valid position, unless as part of a Flee Move, in which case the standard Flee Moves rules apply.

Fly:

Units entirely with Fly ignore Terrain Features, Open Terrain and other units during Move Manoeuvres and Charge Moves.
The unit must follow the Unit Spacing rule at the end of any of its moves, and Terrain Features and Open Terrain from which the model starts or ends its move still affect it.
The charged unit is not ignored during a Charge Move, and there must be room for the unit’s Front Facing to be placed in contact with the charged unit before the Initial Align Move.

Fearless:

A unit containing Fearless automatically passes Panic Tests, cannot choose Flee! as a Charge Reaction (unless it is already Shaken, or the entire unit has Feigned Flight).
In addition it ignores the effects of Horror.

Light Troops:

A unit entirely with Light Troops can perform Reform Move Manoeuvres up to twice its Mobility (instead of the normal half Mobility).
If, while doing a Reform Move Manoeuvre, its centre moves further than its Mobility, the move is considered a March Move for the purpose of rules triggered due to Marching (e.g. Dangerous Terrain Test and, if Undead, being restricted from performing a March Move, etc.).
For the purpose of shooting, this is still a Reform Move. I.e. the unit can shoot if moving further than its Mobility.
Note: this rule has no effect on other Move Manoeuvres, including March Moves.
A unit containing Light Troops is always considered to have zero Proper Ranks; ignore Attachable Models with Light Troops joined to a unit for this purpose, unless the unit consists of only Attachable Models.

Horror:

Flee Moves from enemy units made in the following situations gain two instances of Minimised:
  • Flee! Charge Reactions declared when Charged by a unit containing Horror (Flee! Charge Reactions declared when later Charged by other units are unaffected).
  • Breaking from Combat while in contact with one or more units containing Horror. Remember that units containing Fearless are unaffected by this rule.

Exclusive:

This rule limits which units an Attachable Model is allowed to join.
  • Attachable Models with Exclusive (X) can only join units containing X.
  • Non-Attachable Models with Exclusive (X) can only be joined by Attachable Models with X.
  • If a unit has multiple instances of Exclusive, all criteria must be fulfilled together. The specific criteria for X can be unit names, Model Rules, Properties, upgrades, etc.
If a model has both Exclusive and Attached, apply all requirements from both rules (remember that a model that cannot be Deployed is considered a casualty).

Ghostly Form:

The model gains Aegis (3+, against non-Magical Attacks) and Aegis (5+).

Attack Attribute
First Strike:

During its First Round of Combat, any model part with First Strike, or using a weapon with First Strike, gains the Rules and Characteristic modifiers stated in brackets.
For example, a model part with First Strike (+1 Str) gains +1 Str in its First Round of Combat.

Sweeping Attack:

When a model with Sweeping Attack is within 1" of an Unengaged enemy unit during a Move Manoeuvre (even temporarily), the model’s unit may perform a Sweeping Attack against that enemy unit. This can only be used once per friendly Player Turn.
Resolve the Sweeping Attack when the Move Manoeuvre is completed. The attack hits automatically, and counts as a Ranged Attack.
Each model part in the unit with Sweeping Attack must use it towards the same enemy unit. The attack causes X hits, resolved with the model part’s Strength, Armour Penetration and Attack Attributes, but not Weapons.
If values for Strength, Armour Penetration and additional Attack Attributes are defined in the bracket (Y), these are used instead. In this case, the Sweeping Attack is Unmodifiable.

Magical Attacks:

This Attack Attribute does not confer any direct effects, but instead interacts with other rules, such as Aegis (X, against Magical Attacks).

Melee Weapon
Hand Weapon:

During Combat Choices a model part can only choose a Hand Weapon if it has no other options, or is a Weapon Master.
Models with a Shield using a Hand Weapon gain Parry.
All model parts without Innate Weapons come equipped with a Hand Weapon as their default equipment and cannot lose it.
