The Obsidian Thorns:

The Black Rose gains Exclusive (Obsidian Guard), Magic Resistance (1), and all models in her unit gain +1 Charge Speed.
In addition, enemy units are not allowed to choose the Flee! Charge Reaction to Charges declared on them by the Black Rose’s unit, unless they are Shaken.
Note: this has no influence on Charge Reactions from other units.
