Rule
Disciplined:

Command Tests taken by a unit containing Disciplined benefit from Minimised.

Divine Right:

During Combat Choices the opponent must choose a Character from one of their units that is in contact with the model's unit. The chosen Character and the model with Divine Right counts as being in contact with each other.
In addition, while the model with Divine Right is in contact with an enemy Character, do not roll for determining its stats, instead all random characteristic are considered to have rolled the maximum possible value.

Fearless:

A unit containing Fearless automatically passes Panic Tests, cannot choose Flee! as a Charge Reaction (unless it is already Shaken, or the entire unit has Feigned Flight).
In addition it ignores the effects of Horror.

Supernal:

When a unit entirely with Supernal fails a Break Test, instead of being Broken and subsequently Shaken, it suffers a number of Health Point losses equal to the amount by which the combat was lost (with no saves of any kind allowed). These Health Point losses are first allocated towards Rank-and-File models, and once enough Health Points losses are suffered to remove all Rank-and-File models, any remaining Health Point losses are allocated by the owner towards Attachable Models, as evenly as possible.
Attachable Models with Supernal can only join units containing Supernal, and units containing Supernal can only be joined by Attachable Models with Supernal.

Swiftstride:

Rolls for Charge Range, Flee Distance and Pursue Distance by units entirely with Swiftstride gain Maximised.

Wizard Adept:

The model becomes a Wizard, gains Channel (1), and knows 3 different Learned Spells, chosen from the Apprentice Spell and the Adept Spells (#1#4) of the Magic Path it has chosen.
It may Swap Spells during Pre-game Selections. See the Battle Preparation chapter for details.

General:

A model with this rule is always the General.
Note: this means than only one model with General can be included in an Army List.

Revoke the Mandate of Heaven:

Each Character or model with Dragon that either:
  • Breaks from a Round of Combat in which a unit containing Tergon Khan was Engaged, or
  • Selects Flee! as a Charge Reaction when a unit containing Tergon Khan declared a ChargeSuffers D3 hits with Str 6, AP 3, Magical Attacks and Zeal (against Dragon).

Commander of the Steppes:

At the start of each friendly Player Turn, you may select a friendly unit within 12" of Tergon Khan entirely with Mount. The selected unit gains Extra Support (+1) and Strider. Duration: One Turn.

Aegis:

Aegis is a Special Save, with a value indicated in brackets (X).
If X is given as a modifier and with a maximum value (e.g. +2), the model gains this as a modifier to all its Aegis Special Save rolls, which can never be increased to rolls better than 3+. If the model does not have Aegis, it instead gains Aegis (7 X+). For example, a model without Aegis that gains Aegis (+2) will gain Aegis (5+).
Note that Aegis Saves cannot be taken against attacks with Divine Attacks.

Abilities
Golden Helm:

Courage Tests taken by the unit gain Minimised.

Bronze Backbone:

First Strike (Hatred).

Attack Attribute
Lethal Strike:

If an attack with Lethal Strike wounds with a to-wound roll of ‘6’, its Armour Penetration is always 10, and Regeneration Saves cannot be taken against it.

Magical Attacks:

This Attack Attribute does not confer any direct effects, but instead interacts with other rules, such as Aegis (X, against Magical Attacks).

Multiple Wounds:

Health Point losses caused by the attack are multiplied into the value given in brackets (X). If the value is a dice, roll one dice for each unsaved wound from an attack with Multiple Wounds.
The number of Health Point losses that the attack is multiplied into can never be higher than the Health Points Characteristic of the target (excluding Health Points lost previously in the battle).
For example, if an attack with Multiple Wounds (D6) wounds a unit of Trolls (HP 3) and rolls a ‘5’ for the multiplier, the number of Health Points lost is reduced to 3, even if the Troll unit has already lost one or two Health Points previously in battle.

Zeal:

An attack with Zeal must reroll failed to-wound rolls.

Melee Weapon
Hand Weapon:

During Combat Choices a model part can only choose a Hand Weapon if it has no other options, or is a Weapon Master.
Models with a Shield using a Hand Weapon gain Parry.
All model parts without Innate Weapons come equipped with a Hand Weapon as their default equipment and cannot lose it.
