Rule
Pack Tactics:

Charge Range rolls made towards an enemy unit’s Flank or Rear Facing are Maximised.

Strider:

If Strider is associated with a specific type of Terrain, which would be indicated in brackets (X). In such cases, Strider only affects the unit’s interaction with this Terrain Feature.
Models with Strider may ignore rules associated with Terrain Features, with the following exceptions:
  • They cannot ignore any rule affecting Line of Sight or Cover.
  • They cannot ignore any rule associated with Weakness.
  • They cannot ignore the Impassable rule of Impassable Terrain. A Health Pool with Strider never fulfils the criteria for which models must take Dangerous Terrain Tests due to the associated Terrain Feature (but still needs to take Dangerous Terrain Tests from other sources, such as Terrain Features not associated with its Strider rule, or when making a Flee Move through an enemy unit).
In addition, if the unit contains a Rank-and-File model with Strider, it ignores the Disruptive rule of any Terrain Feature associated to its Strider rule.

Light Troops:

A unit entirely with Light Troops can perform Reform Move Manoeuvres up to twice its Mobility (instead of the normal half Mobility).
If, while doing a Reform Move Manoeuvre, its centre moves further than its Mobility, the move is considered a March Move for the purpose of rules triggered due to Marching (e.g. Dangerous Terrain Test and, if Undead, being restricted from performing a March Move, etc.).
For the purpose of shooting, this is still a Reform Move. I.e. the unit can shoot if moving further than its Mobility.
Note: this rule has no effect on other Move Manoeuvres, including March Moves.
A unit containing Light Troops is always considered to have zero Proper Ranks; ignore Attachable Models with Light Troops joined to a unit for this purpose, unless the unit consists of only Attachable Models.

Wizard Conclave:

The unit knows X different Learned Spells, chosen from the list of available spells in its unit entry, is a Wizard and, if X is 2 or more, it also gains Channel (1).
The unit may only do a Hereditary Swap if it could have picked the Hereditary Spell during Spell Selection (as part of Pre-game Planning), however it is still eligible for a Universal Swap. See the Battle Preparation chapter for details.
Even though the spells are known to the whole unit, only one model is a Caster: every time you cast the spell, just before choosing the targets, select one Rank-and-File model as the Caster for this spell.
If a Wizard Conclave suffers a Miscast, treat the entire unit as the Caster.
For the purpose of Primary and Secondary Objectives treat the entire unit as a Caster.

Musician:

Musician is a unit-wide upgrade, normally represented by the presence of a regimental musician.
When performing a Reform Move or a Combat Reform, a unit containing a Musician may change the number of its files by 5 rather than the normal 1.
In addition, units containing Musician benefit from a +1 Discipline modifier when taking Command Tests.
Note: Musician interacts with Captain.

Stand Behind:

Attachable Models with Stand Behind are not required to have their Front Facing as far forward as possible within their unit this generally means that the model can be positioned anywhere within its unit.
This rule cannot be used while the model has a Mismatching Base to its unit.

Tales of the Fallen:

Mooarrgh has the following Spell Scrolls: Danse Macabre (Evocation), Umbral Majesty (Occultism), Wild Guardian (Shamanism), Dragon’s Roar (Pyromancy) If a friendly Character anywhere on the Battlefield is removed as a casualty or removes an enemy Character as a casualty whilst being Engaged in Combat, select one of Mooarrgh used Spell Scrolls: the selected Scroll can be used again.

Attack Attribute
Primal Instinct:

During Combat Choices, each unit containing this Attack Attribute must take a Courage Test.
If the test is passed, all model parts with Primal Instinct in the unit gain Hatred, with Duration: Round of Combat.

Melee Weapon
Hand Weapon:

During Combat Choices a model part can only choose a Hand Weapon if it has no other options, or is a Weapon Master.
Models with a Shield using a Hand Weapon gain Parry.
All model parts without Innate Weapons come equipped with a Hand Weapon as their default equipment and cannot lose it.
