Exacting Planner

Once per battle, in your Command phase, this model can use this ability. If it does so, until the end of the phase:
• This model can use its Meticulous Planner ability an additional time.
• Each time this model uses the Meticulous Planner ability, you can select one friendly unit within 9" of this model for that ability (instead of a CORE unit).
