This Enhancement cannot be given to a WARBOSS model. Once per battle, in your Command Phase, you can call a Waaagh! if the bearer is on the battlefielkd, even though it is not a WARBOSS model. If you do so, Stage 1 of that Waaagh! takes affect normally, but Stage 2 does not take effect.
