The bearer gains the DATA-TETHER keyword and the following ability: 'Command Uplink (Aura): While a friendly SKITARII CORE unit is within 3" of this model, add 1 to the Leadership characteristic of models in that unit and that unit gains the DATA-TETHER keyword.
