(Rule)Description: A character wielding the Soul Glaive re-rolls failed psychic tests when attempting to manifest Force.
If this attempt is succesfully manifested on this character, or his unit, then the Soul Glaive rerolls all failed to hit, to wound and armour penetration-rolls while the Blessing is in effect.
