For each model in the same unit after the first that scores at least 1 hit on the target unit with a weapon that has this special rule, add 1 to the Strength (to a maximum of 10) and subtract 1 from the AP (to a minimum of 1) of each hit for that round of shooting. For example, if three models in a unit all score hits on the same target unit with weapons that have this special rule, all hits would be resolved at +2 Strength and -2AP.
