Friendly units composed entiurely of models in Terminator armour, or that have the Sudden Onslaught special rule, do not scatter when they Deep Strike, so long as the first model is placed within 6" of the Deathwatch teleport homer's bearer. For this to work, the bearer of the Deathwatch teleport homer must have been on the battlefield at the start of the turn.
