When a model suffers an unsaved wound, it must take a Toughness test. If it fails, remove the model with no saves allowed.

At the end of a phase that the Black Mace caused an unsaved wound, all non vehicle models within 3" must take a toughness test. If failed, remove with no saves allowed.
Daemon Weapon
At the start of the assault phase, roll a D6. On a 1, the bearer suffers 1 wound with no armour saves allowed, and is reduced to WS1 for that phase.
On a roll of a 2+, the bearer gains that many additional attacks.
Fleshbane
If a model has this special rule, or is attacking with a Melee weapon that has this special rule, they always Wound on a 2+ in close combat.

Similarly, if a model makes a shooting attack with a weapon that has this special rule, they always Wound on a 2+. 

In either case, this special rule has no effect against vehicles or buildings.
