Brazier of Holy Fire

May be used in close combat

Small flame template. Partial models, hit a on a 4+. Fully covered auto hit. In close combat, auto hit the target you're fighting but no template. 
If target is not killed, check to see if on fire on a 4+. Further instructions found in Wargear book

Any model hit in close combat is set on fire on a 4+ (as per the Flamer entry).
Once per game can shoot the Brazier as if it were a Heavy Flamer. Can move and fire unlike a regular heavy flamer
