(Rule)Description: Woven from living leaves and the hair of the fairest Elven maidens, the Sacred Banner of Avelorn is a stunningly beautiful creation that inspires awe in all who see it. Any enemy wishing to charge the unit must first pass a Leadership test. If failed, the unit does not move, transfixed by the beauty of the banner. The unit holding the banner must make their charge reaction before the Leadership test is taken.
