2. Demise of Cities

(Rule)
Description: Cast on a 10+ Nominate a point anywhere on the table where you wish the spell to be focused. Roll a Scatter die and an Artillery die and place a marker there - that is where the spell is centered. On a Misfire result, the other player gets to place the marker, again rolling the Artillery die and aScatter die. If the opponent should roll a Misfire too, then the spell does not work and the Magic Phase comes to an immediate end.Roll a rhta see how many inches the tremors spread. Any unit within this radius suffers D6 S5 hits. In addition, any unit that suffers any Wounds may only move at half rate in its next Movement Phase. Models that fly are completely unaffected by this spell and neither take Wounds nor have their movement restricted. If there is a building or wall section directly underneath the place where this spell is centered then it automatically takes a S10 hit. Models may take further damage from the destruction of any structures, as described in the Siege rules or on p. 130 of the Warhammer rulebook.
