Outlandish Uniform

All friendly units within 6" of the character may use his LD as if he had Inspiring Presence. If the uniform is worn the army's General, the range of his Inspiring Presence is extended to 18" instead. However, the character may never refuse a challenge, and enemies can always pick him out of a unit with missiles weapons (though he may still make a "Look Out, Sir!" roll against any such attacks).
