Roll a dice each time an enemy unit within 12" of this general receives a command. On a 5+, your opponent must spend an additional command point to receive that command. If they choose not to spend the additional command point, that command is not received (the command ability still counts as having been used) and the command point that was spent to issue the command is lost.
