Daemon
All Daemons have the Fearless and Eternal Warriors special rules.
Daemonic Assault
All units in the army always start the game in Reserve, even in missions that do not normally allow this rule to be used. you must declare if any Independent Characters are on their own, counting as a separate unit in reserve, or if they are joining a unit, in which case they and their unit are a single unit in Reserve. The enemy deploys as normal.

At the beginning of your first turn, divide the army into two groups that must include, as much as possible, the same number of units. Then nominate which of the two groups you wish to make a 'Daemonic Assault' at the beginning of the battle. Pick one of the two groups and roll a D6. On a 3-6 the chosen group will be deployed. On a 1-2 the other group will deploy instead.

The units in the group chosen for the Daemonic Assault arrive on your first turn using the Deep Strike rules. The remaining units are held in Reserve and their arrival is rolled for as normal. When a unit becomes available, it enters play by Deep Strike.
Daemonic Rivalry
Independent Characters in this list cannot join units of Daemons belonging to a different Chaos God or units of Furies of Chaos.
Eternal Warrior
A model with the Eternal Warrior special rule is immune to Instant Death.
Fearless
Fearless troops never have to fall back and are assumed to automatically pass any morale test they are required to take. They can never be pinned. This special rule is gained by any independent character joining a Fearless unit. Also, as long as a Fearless character stays inside a non-Fearless unit, he loses this special rule.
