(Rule)Description: At the start of each friendly Magic Phase, each unit containing Ordo Minister may choose one:
• Raise 1 HP on a Rank-and-File Health Pool in the unit.
• Discard 1 Blessing Token and Recover 1 HP on an Character model in the unit.
• Raise 1 HP on a Rank-and-File Health Pool in the unit.
• Discard 1 Blessing Token and Recover 1 HP on an Character model in the unit.
