Its effects last until the end of the Game Turn. If the owner has the second Player Turn, all Shooting Attacks suffer -2 to hit during the opponent's Shooting Phase. If the owner has the first Player Turn, instead all Shooting Attacks suffer -1 to hit during the opponent's Shooting Phase.
