(Rule)Description: At the start of his move, Flói can spend a point of Will to negate an enemy Active or Passive special rule, or the effects of a piece of wargear (with the exception of The One Ring) until the end of the turn. There is no range for this ability, but Flói must have Line of Sight in order to use it.
