A Worthy Foe

(Rule)
Description: Lurtz may declare a Heroic Challenge against any Hero model regardless of Heroic Tier. Additionally, if Lurtz declares a Heroic Challenge, and the targetted Hero declines then Lurtz regains the Might point spent in declaring the Heroic Challenge.
