(Rule)Description: The Watcher in the Water is never slowed when Moving within a water feature, can still Shoot whislt within deep water, and always counts as rolling a 6 on the Swim Chart. Additionally whilst within a water feature, the Watcher in the Water increases its Move Value to 8" and gains the Montrous Charge special rule.
