Sharkey's Spy [Passive]
(Rule)Description: At the beginning of the game, after both sides have deployed Bill Ferny may choose one enemy Hero in your opponent's Army. Whilst Bill Ferny is within 12" of, and has Line of Sight to, the chosen Hero, whenever the chosen Hero declares a Heroic Action they must roll a D6. On a 1-2, the declared Heroic Action is immediately cancelled and the Might Point is not spent. The chosen Hero may not then attempt declare the same Heroic Action again that turn.
