(Rule)Description: Enemy models suffer a -1 penalty to any Courage Tests they are required to take, whilst friendly Moria Goblin models gain a bonus of +1 to any Courage Tests they are required to take. Additionally, friendly Moria Goblin models always count as being in range of a banner.
