(Rule)Description: In Scenarios that use the Maelstrom of Battle special rule, a Wolves of Isengard Army will automatically win the roll to choose who has Priority on the first turn. If both Armies have rules that allow them to do this, roll for Priority as normal. Additionally, models from this Army may Charge on the turn they enter the board, even though they may not normally be allowed to do so. Models Charging in this manner do not need to take a Courage Test to Charge an enemy with the Terror special rule.
