(Rule)Description: Fulgrim Transfigured must have a Challenge declared for him and may use the Heroic Intervention Reaction without expending a Reaction Point.
In the Controlling Player's Challenge Sub-Phase, if a Model with this Special Rule is eligible to have a Challenge declared for it, the Controlling Player must do so. In addition, if the Controlling Player of a Model with this Special Rule declares that they will use the Heroic Intervention Advanced Reaction, and selects a Model with this Special Rule, they are not required to spend any points from their Reaction Allotment to do so.
