(Rule)Description: If this weapon scores one or more un-cancelled hits against a target vehicle of the same weight class or lighter, the controller of the active vehicle may place the target vehicle anywhere withing Short range of hte target vehicle's orginal position. The target vehicle may be pivoted to face anh direction. This movement triggers a Collision Window.
