A Regiment with a Leader halves (rounding up) the number of Wounds it suers when making a Fighting Reform (page 166) or a Fighting Withdrawal (page 169). In addition, the presence of a Leader allows the Regiment to re-roll a single failed hit roll during Volley or Clash Actions.

A Regiment with a Standard Bearer may re-roll failed Charges, and adds one to its March distance (not the March characteristic) on the second March Action it performs in one activation.
