For every action marker you would allocate from suppression to a unit with one or more models with this trait, the unit instead suffers one (1) wound. This wound has to be allocated to a model with this trait.

No movement penalty for difficult terrain.

Attacker may target individual models (instead of units). Any suppression caused is still applied to the unit as a whole. The Medical Support trait may not be used to cancel wounds from this model.

You may force opponent to re-roll any hit roll dice versus this model. For purposes of attacking a mixed unit, target(x, re-roll) is considered better than target(x).
