Players get 1 Faction Point per full 300 points of game size, and can spend them during force generation to exceed the limits above. Spend one (1) FP to take:
● One (1) extra Command entry, to a maximum of two (2)
● One (1) extra Special entry 
● Two (2) additional upgrades
